How much does it cost?

When printing on apparel there are so many variables including:

How soon do you NEED it?

How many pieces are getting printed?

Are you providing the apparel or are we?

Are we using our in store shirts or do you need a specific brand?

What material is the apparel?

How many colors and locations are we printing?

 

Having the most information ready for us will help us give you the most accurate pricing and timeframe. Apparel that is screen printed (2-3 Week Turnaround) can be as low as $3 per print (18 Minimum) and apparel needed quickly (Same Day) can begin at $20 per print (No minimums). Pricing does not reflect the price of apparel as that can vary as well.

Store

What are your store hours?

Our Temecula location is open Monday through Friday 10:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 11am to 5pm and Sundays we are closed. We are also closed on major holidays. Please always check our hours at the bottom our site as we update them occasionally.

Artwork

Do you do artwork?

Yes, we provide artwork services. We offer 10-15 minutes of free artwork with your order and have options for more complex designs. This includes us directly doing the work or we also refer our customers to Fiverr.com

Pricing

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we are happy to discount your order if placed in store. Although we want to give you the best price all around we are only able to discount DTG and not screen printing or embroidery.

Printing

Do you offer DTG?

Our main forte is DTG. We run a Kornit Storm HD6 and it makes production a breeze.

Turnaround

What's the fastest I can have my order?

Today! If you order on our website by 1pm you will have your order in a few hours. If you need it sooner like in an hour then hurry into the store and we'll try our best.. but no promises.

Pick-Up

I got an email my order is ready, can I pick up right now?

First please check our store hours located at the bottom of our website as they are the most current. If we're open then you can come in anytime while were open to pick up.

Returns

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that things come up and sometimes events get cancelled. If we have not started printing then yes you can cancel. If we have completed the order then we cannot accept a return since the garments are printed. In cases where shirts were ordered there will be a 25% restocking and an additional return shipping fee. 

General Information:

Shirts

Our site features apparel we have in stock and ready to be printed. The shirts we stock are 100% cotton and will mostly have a true to size fit. 

We can also order other brands (Next Level, Gildan ect.) although there is a wait time of about week for us to receive apparel. Any special orders must be made in store.

You can also provide your own shirts but for rush orders 100% cotton is prefered. In addition any apparel provided is completely at the owners risk. We do not replace any apparel provided whether it was our error or not.

Customize It

We offer several options for artwork.

-An online designer lets you create unique designs at no cost.

-You can email us your ideas and we will give a quote to have your design made by us.

-Come in to our store for help with ideas. Bring in as much info and images to have a better scope on what you'd like made.

-Call us to set up an ideal time to come in for artwork. Keep in mind that pricing over the phone may not be possible without visually seeing what you would like.

 

Order Online

The absolute best way to order is online.

Get the lowest pricing on our DTG by submitting your production ready artwork.

 

In store orders are subject to wait times.

Fulfillment

We offer fullfilment for your external site or we can create a new website for you to sell merch in.

Orders come in and we print, package and ship them for you.

Your only job is marketing the website.
